BINGKA TAPAI UBIKAYU

Bingka tapai ubikayu yg sedappp... resepi ciptaan AlongRoz@HomeKreation.. sangat mudah myediakannya, saya blend semua bahan dalam 'blender' n sedia utk dibakar.. TQ Along yer.. Tapai ubi saya dapat dpd sekolah (lebihan dessert semasa hari anugerah kokurikulum 2011)..

BINGKA TAPAI UBIKAYU(BAKED FERMENTED TAPIOCA)

Makes 9" round or 8" square
INGREDIENTS:
500g Mashed Fermented Tapioca (see here)
1 cup Sweetened Creamer / Condensed Milk
1 packet (200ml) Coconut Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
Orange Coloring

METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients until well mixed.
2. Pour into well greased tin.
3. Bake 180C for 1 hour and top is brown.

  7. Oh, baru tau dik zana dah buat kuih ni. Along tak nampak pun ari tu. Member Along kata rasa cam cheesecake... amacam sedap tak?
