Paprika Chili Steak

makan2.. untuk hilangkan stressss... stress hilang penyakit lain pulak yg dapat.. hihihi.. makan sikit2 n sekali2 tak pe..
rsepi dari allrecipes.com... nak buat blackpepper sos malas.. so belasah yang ready made jer..
Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 pounds beef flank steak
Directions
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients; add steak. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
2. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak, covered, over medium-hot heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees F; medium, 160 degrees F, well-done, 170 degrees F. .. grill atas pan jer...

simple salad.. kobis + karot+ mayonis+ lada hitam + susu sikit
kentang bakar... kentang rebus+ garam+lada hitam + slice cheese...bakar 15 minit
