Cream butter and condensed milk till light.<br />2. Add in egg yolk one at a time, and beat until combine.<br />3. Mix in flour, mix till become a soft and not sticky dough.<br />4. Roll pineapple filling into ball (8g each) and roll dough into ball (10g each).<br />5. Flatten a piece of dough and place a piece of the roll pineapple filling in the middle. Bring the edges of the dough together and press lightly to seal. Roll it in between your palms to shape it into a roll.<br />6. Cut few lines on the pineapple balls to create pineapple pattern, apply egg wash with a brush.<br />7. Bake in preheated oven at 165C (fan forced) for 23mins or till golden brown.<br />8. Cool completely before storing.<br /><br />Homemade pineapple filling<br /><br />1.5kg pineapple flesh (from ripe pineapple but not over ripe) , process finely in a food processor (do not add water)<br /><br />250g coarse sugar (adjust accordingly)<br /><br />Method<br /><br />1. Cook pineapple flesh together with the juices in a wok over medium low heat until water reduced, stir from time to time.<br /><br />2. Add in sugar and cook over low heat till thick, stir from time to time, takes about 1 hour.</span><br />

Walaupun namanya cuti sekolah.. kerja2 sekolah tetap ada dan kena siapkan.<br />
Daripada menyiapkan pelbagai minit mesyuarat, mengemaskini fail, menyiapkan buku perancangan sekolah tahun 2015, packing buku koperasi... aduhaiiii... makan tetap makan..<br />

Saya cuba buat roti dengan bahan yang ada dirumah.<br />

75 ml air biasa*<br />
2sb susu pekat*<br />
1 biji telur (B)*<br />
*satukan<br />
2 cwn tepung gandun<br />
2sb gula pasir<br />
1sk yis (yg aktif)<br />
1sk baking powder<br />
2sb margerin.<br />
<br />
Cara2.<br />
1. Masukkan semua bahan * dalam bread maker<br />
2. Masukkan tepung dan bahan2 yg lain. (saya set program dough)/yang gagah perkasa boleh uli sendiri ya.<br />
3. Biarkan doh mengembang 2x ganda<br />
4. Tumbuk2 doh dan bahagikan doh kepada 10 bahagian dan kemaskan bentuknya ikut suka.<br />
5. Biarkan doh mengembang sekali lagi. Sapu susu segar atas doh dan taburkan kekacang ikut suka.<br />
6. Bakar 20 minit 180^.<br />
7. Makan panas2 dengan homemade butterscoth.. yummyyyy<br />

<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">Cendawan dibasuh, lap kering dengan kitchen towel bersih. Asingkan 4 - 5 kuntum cendawan tadi dan didadu sederhana besar. Manakala yang selebihnya, hiris kasar. Ketepikan.</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">Dalam non-stick wok (kalau tak de, belasah guna kuali biasa...) panaskan mentega, masukkan cendawan dan goreng hingga layu. Tambah bawang putih dan bawang besar, goreng hingga bawang besar layu sahaja. Masukkan tepung dan kacau rata2. Gunakan api kecil.</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">Tuang air dan susu cair, kacau rata, masukkan kiub pati ayam dan biar mendidih perlahan sambil dikacau kerap hingga kuahnya menjadi sedikit pekat. Padamkan api dan biar ianya suam. Kemudian kisar halus, tuang dalam kuali semula.</li>
<li style="margin: 0px 0px 0.25em; padding: 0px;">Masak dengan api perlahan hingga mendidih, masukkan cendawan yang didadu tadi, tambah serbuk lada hitam dan kacau rata. Masak hingga pekat. Rasa dan jika perlu tambah sedikit garam...(mat tak letak garam sebab kiub ayam tadi dah terasa garamnya). Hidangkan dengan menabur sedikit cincangan daun parsley dan taburan serbuk lada hitam serta garlic bread tadi......</li>

1. Panaskan ketuhar ke suhu 170 darjah C. Sediakan tin pembakar kek "springform" berukuran 20cm. Alaskan dasarnya dengan kertas pembakar dan sapukan mentega di seluruh bahagian dalam tin.</div>

2. Untuk menyediakan kek, pecah-pecahkan coklat hitam dan cairkan bersama mentega di dalam mangkuk tahan panas yang diletakkan di atas air mereneh (double boil). Kacau sehingga sebati. Biarkan sejuk seketika (5 minit).</div>

3. Masukkan kuning telur dan serbuk badam ke dalam campuran coklat dan kacau sehingga sebati.</div>

4. Dalam mangkuk yang berasingan, pukul putih telur sehingga kembang sedikit (soft peak). Masukkan gula kastor dan pukul sehingga kembang sepenuhnya (stiff peak).</div>

5. Campurkan sepertiga putih telur yang telah dipukul tadi ke dalam adunan coklat dan badam. Lebihan putih telur dikaup balikkan ke dalam adunan kek dengan perlahan-lahan.</div>

6. Tuangkan adunan kek ke dalam tin pembakar dan bakar di dalam ketuhar selama 35-45 minit sehingga kek naik dan permukaan atasnya kering. Bahagian dalam akan masih basah lagi jika dicucuk dengan lidi, tetapi tidak mengapa. Keluarkan dari ketuhar dan biarkan sejuk. Jangan risau jika kek mendap dan merekah.</div>

7. Keluarkan kek dari tin dan tanggalkan kertas pembakar. Letakkan kek di atas pinggan hidang.</div>

8. Sediakan ganache. Potong coklat hitam dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk.</div>

9. Panaskan krim di dalam periuk kecil sehingga mendidih.</div>

10. Tuangkan krim yang telah dipanaskan tadi ke atas coklat, biarkan selama 5 minit, kemudian kacau sehingga ganache licin dan berkilat.</div>

11. Tuangkan ganache ke atas kek. </div>

12. Untuk menghias kek, lebihan ganache boleh disejukkan di dalam peti sejuk sehingga keras sedikit, kemudian pukul ganache dengan pemukul elektrik sehingga gebu dan bolehlah dipaipkan bentuk rosette di atas kek.</div>

buttermilk. Using a flat-bladed knife, stir until a sticky dough forms.

315 gm tepung gandum<br />
2 1/2 sudu kecil baking powder<br />
1/2 sudu kecil garam<br />
150 gm butter<br />
320 gm gula perang - boleh kurangkan<br />
3 biji telur<br />
1 sudu kecil esen vanila<br />
250 gm chocolate chips<br />
1 cawan kacang pican atau apa2 kekacang - optional<br />
Kepingan badam untuk taburan - optional<br />

<u>Cara-cara</u><br />
Ayak tepung, baking powder dan garam dalam bekas besar dan ketepikan.<br />
Dalam bekas lain campurkan gula perang bersama mentega dan kacau rata sehingga butter melarut.<br />
Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebijik dan putar sebati.<br />
Masukkan esen vanila.<br />
Masukkan tepung , baking powder dan garam yang telah di ayak dan kacau
rata. Akhir sekali masukkan chocolate chips dan kekacang dan gaul
sempurna.<br />
Tuangkan adunan kedalam tin pembakar ukuran 13 X 9 yang telah digris dgn butter dan dialas dgn kertas minyak.<br />
Ratakan permukan adunan dan taburkan kepingan badam dan chocolate chips jika suka sebagai hiasan.<br />
Bakar pada suhu 170C selama lebih kurang 30 minit atau sehingga permukaan atasnyer kuning keemasan. Jangan terlebih bakar.<br />

DOH✏️<br />
2 cawan tepung gandum * izah campur tepung roti<br />
1/2 Sudu teh dry yeast<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline;"><br />1/4 Sudu teh garam<br />½ sudu teh baking powder<br />1 sudu besar gula pasir<br />¼ cawan plain yogurt, suhu bilik *yogurt tak de izah ganti buttermilk<br />¼ cawan minyak sun flower<br />1/2 cawan air suam +-<br /><br />**Almond flakes, pumpkin seeds n butterscotch jika suka<br /><br />Larutkan yeast dan gula dalam air suam dan biarkan berbuih.<br />Dalam mangkuk adunan, campurkan, garam, tepung gsndum, baking powder dan kacau sebati.<br />Masukkan
campuran yeast dan yogurt ke dalam mangkuk adunan dan kacau sedikit
dengan sudu supaya kurang tahap melekat kat tangan.��<br />Uli dengan tangan sedikit dan masukkan minyak sedikit demi sedikit dan teruslah membelasah doh sehingga tak lekat di tangan. INGAT..cara
ulinya jika tak ada BM adalah macam nak sental baju zaman dolu2 (zaman
tak de washing machine basuh kain kat sungai), tolak tarik tolak tarik
menggunakan penumbuk lagi bagus.<br />Uli sehingga elastic.. Lagi lama lagi bagus dan lagi gebus roti kita nanti.<br />Bila
rasa dah puas uli, biarkan doh naik 2x ganda di tempat sikit panas atau
tertutup like dalam oven atau microwave yang TAK di ON ok..��<br />Bila doh dah naik, tumbuk2kan supaya keluar anginya<br />Sapukan
tangan anda dengan minyak dan ambil doh sebesar buah langsat atau mata
kucing dan susunkan rapat di dalam loyang yang telah di sapu dengan
sedikit minyak.<br />Buat sampai habis. Memang doh lembik tapi dont worry kalau melekat sapukan tangan anda dengan minyak je.<br />Taburkan dengan pumpkin seeds dan almond flakes jika suka dan biarkan doh rehat naik 2x ganda sekali lagi. ��<br />Sementra menunggu doh naik ON kan over anda.. Setting 180-200C api atas bawah..(ikut oven anda gak ye..my oven suhu ni).<br />Make sure oven panas giler baru masukkan loyang. 10 minit pertama guna api bawah jer, 5 minit terakhir pakai api atas bawah.<br />Time bako dalam 10-15 minit.<br />Keluarkan dari oven dan cepat2 tuangkan butterscotch di atasnya.<br />Sedia untuk dihidangkan.<br /><br />NOTE:-<br />1) doh memang lembik.. Jsngan tambah tepung, cuma sapukan tgn anda dgn minyak masa nk bahagi2 doh kecik2.<br />2) No need perfect bulat sgt just lebih kurang sbb nanti dia akan bulat sendiri bila naik.<br />3) Make sure oven benar2 panas supaya ia lembut bak cotton.<br />4) JANGAN bakar terlalu lama kerana nanti keras<br />5) Kalau tak abis makan tu simpan roti dalam air tight container atau balut pinggan anda dengan plastic kemas2.<br /><br />BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE<br />1/2 cup brown sugar bukan gula merah ok<br />1/2 cup whipping cream(kalau tak de boh jer susu cair)<br />A pinch of salt<br />1/2 tsp vanilla essence<br />25g butter</span></div>

vanilla dan bila semuanya sebati off kan api dan tuangkan dalam bekas
tahan panas, sejukkan sedikit dan sedia untuk digunakan sebagai topping.</span><br />

<li>50 gram air sejuk (dr peti ais) </li>

1. Masukkan semua bahan2 kecuali mentega cair dan putar.<br />
2.
Putar dengan kelajuan sederhana sehingga pekat & putih.Akhir sekali
masukkan mentega cair.Putar lagi sehingga sebati dan pekat.<br />
3. Sediakan acuan yang telah dialas dgn kertas minyak atau yang telah disapu dgn sedikit butter.<br />
4. Bakar dalam acuan dengan menggunakan api atas dan bawah selama 45 minit ke 1 jam, dengan kepanasan 150C.<br />
5. Bila sudah masak biarkan sejuk. Bila dah sejuk, ambil pisau kek dan potong di tengah-tengah kek supaya menjadi dua bahagian.<br />
6. Sapukan krim cheese di atas separuh kek tadi, kemudian letakkan sebahagian lagi kek di atasnya.<br />
7. Sapukan lebihan krim cheese sehingga menutupi seluruh kek.<br />8. Akhir sekali taburkan cheese kraf yang telah diparut tadi keseluruh

500 gm tepung pulut<br />
3 cawan gula melaka*<br />
2 cawan gula pasir*<br />
3 cawan air*<br />
2-3 helai daun pandan *<br />
1 kg santan pekat<br />
2 cwn isi durian<br />
<br />
Cara-cara :<br />
1. Masak bahan * hingga gula larut kemudian tapis.<br />
2. Masak bahan yg telah ditapis, santan dan isi durian sebentar sahaja.<br />
3. Masukkan tepung pulut dan bahan yg di masak tadi dlm pengisar (blender) hingga sebati (tidak berketul2)<br />
4. Tuangkan adunan tepung ke dalam periuk,pasang penutup<br />
5. Tekan butang "Steam" 20 minit.<br />
6. Selepas itu , buka penutup , dan tekan butang ' Stir Fry' ..<br />
7. Kacau adunan selalu untuk mengelakkan dodol berkerak (anggaran 20 minit)<br />
8. Adunan akan meletop2 dan pecah spt gambar di bawah. kacaulah sehingga terbit minyak pada dodol trsbt.. siapp.. sejukkan.. sedappp.. tak melekat dijari.. <br />

* 100g sebarang kekacang (walnut, badam, hazel, gajus, etc, yang dicincang)</div>

<b>Cara-cara</b></div>

1. Pukul mentega, gula kastor dan esen vanila hingga kembang.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan pukul rata.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">

Ayakkan tepung gandum, tepung jagung, susu tepung, soda bikarbonat,
serbuk koko dan garam ke dalam bahan yang dipukul tadi.Kemudian kacau
hingga rata.</div>

4. Masukkan coklat cip dan cincangan kacang. Kacau rata.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
5. Sudukan adunan di atas dulang pembakar. Bakar pada suhu 160°C selama 15-20 minit atau sehingga kekuningan.</div>

6. Sejukkan biskut terlebih dahulu sebelum disimpan di dalam balang kuih.</div>
